Archi Group is the AI and automation team behind a group of operating companies: lighting ecommerce stores, a restaurant, an HVAC company, and a real estate business. We build AI systems for other businesses the same way we build them for our own: to survive real customers, real suppliers, and real Friday rushes.
How this company happened
Archi Group did not start as an agency. It started as a problem. Our lighting ecommerce stores grew past the point where any team could keep a giant catalog accurate by hand. Suppliers ran out, discontinued items stayed live, and every gap cost money. So we built SkuControl, the internal platform that now tracks 12.8 million supplier units and 3 million warehouse units and flags every product that needs action. Then owners we know started asking who built our systems. Archi Group is the answer to that question: the AI team behind our companies, now building for yours.
Our team is our companies
We are not a bench of consultants between projects. Our team lives inside operating businesses: the warehouse and support people at our lighting ecommerce stores, the hosts answering a ringing phone at our restaurant, the dispatch desk at our HVAC company, the agents chasing leads at our real estate business. Systems get built for our own companies first, and the people who depend on them are not shy about telling us what breaks. By the time a system reaches a client, it has already survived the people it was built for. That is the team behind every build, and it is why our work starts from how a business day actually runs, not from a slide about technology. We work in English, Russian, and Georgian.
How we work
- We build only what we would run ourselves. Every system we sell has a sibling working inside one of our companies, or it does not get sold.
- We publish prices. Fair ranges on every service page, a fixed quote before any work, and no hourly billing.
- We audit honestly. If a $200 per month app covers your case, the audit says so and you save the money.
- Humans stay in charge. Our systems act on what they know and route exceptions to a person, by rules you set.
- You own what we build. The prompts, workflows, and integrations are yours, and they keep running if we ever part ways.
- We speak plainly. If a system cannot be explained in plain language, we do not ship it.
