Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect very little: the details you give us when you book a call, standard usage statistics about how visitors use this site, and a measurement of whether our own ads bring people here and lead to booked calls. We do not sell personal information, we do not show ads on this site, and we do not use your information to train AI models. Questions or requests, any time: hello@archigroup.ai.

Who we are

Archi Group (archigroup.ai) is an AI implementation company based in the United States. When this policy says we, us, or our, it means Archi Group.

What we collect and why

When you book a call. Booking runs on Cal.com, a scheduling service. When you pick a time, you provide your name, your email address, and anything you choose to write in the notes. We use that information to hold the call, prepare for it, and follow up about it. Cal.com processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy at cal.com/privacy.

When you browse this site. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, the approximate location of visitors, the kind of device and browser used, and how people found us. Google Analytics collects this using cookies and similar identifiers, and we see aggregated reports, not a profile of you by name. You can read how Google uses this data at google.com/policies/privacy/partners.

Ad measurement. We run ads in ChatGPT, and we use OpenAI's measurement pixel to learn whether those ads bring people here and whether a visit leads to a booked call. The pixel is a small script from OpenAI that loads on every page of this site, for every visitor. It gives your browser a random reference number, and if you clicked one of our ads, it stores the identifier of that click. It sends both to OpenAI, along with the address of the page you opened and the page that linked you to it. As with any web request, OpenAI also sees your IP address and browser type. OpenAI's conversion tracking may also record completed consultation bookings. When you finish booking a call through the calendar on this site, the pixel tells OpenAI that a booking was made. That report travels with the browser reference number and ad click identifier described above. It does not include your name, your email address, or anything you entered in the booking calendar. The pixel is also able to detect personal details on a page, such as a name, email address, or postal code typed into a form, and pass them to OpenAI, with contact details like email addresses scrambled into what is called a hash first. It has nothing to pick up on this site: there are no forms of our own, and the pixel cannot read what you enter in the Cal.com booking calendar. Hosting. This site is hosted on Netlify. Like nearly every host, Netlify keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability. Netlify's privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy.

If you email us. We keep the email and use it to reply. That is it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Three services we use may set them. Google Analytics sets cookies, such as _ga, to tell repeat visits apart. The OpenAI pixel sets __obref, a random browser reference kept for up to one year, and, if you arrived from one of our ads, __oppref, which remembers that ad click for 30 days. It also keeps a marker in your browser's session storage until you close the tab. OpenAI may set short-lived security cookies on its own domain, such as __cf_bm, and if your browser already holds cookies from OpenAI, it may send those along too. The Cal.com booking calendar may set cookies inside its booking panel to make scheduling work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site works fine without them. Google also offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not show ads on this site, and the only ad tracking here is the measurement of our own ads described above. We do not use your information to train AI models. And this site is for businesses; we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Who we share information with

Only the companies named above: Cal.com for scheduling, Google Analytics for usage statistics, Netlify for hosting, and OpenAI for measuring our ads, each under the policies linked above. Beyond that, we would disclose information only if the law required it.

Your choices

Email hello@archigroup.ai and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, whichever you ask. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. For analytics and ad measurement, your browser's cookie controls block or remove the cookies described above, and Google's opt-out add-on linked above turns off Google Analytics. Blocking cookies does not stop the OpenAI pixel from loading; a browser extension that blocks trackers can.

How long we keep things

Booking details and emails are kept while we may need them for the conversation and ordinary business records, and deleted on request. Analytics data expires automatically after the retention window set in Google Analytics. Ad measurement data is held by OpenAI under its own policy.

Work we do for clients

This policy covers this website. Client projects, and any data involved in them, are governed by the contract for that project, where data handling is spelled out before anything is built.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, access to the tools above is limited, and we collect little enough that there is little to lose. No system is perfectly secure, but minimal collection is the best protection there is.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, this page changes with them, along with the date at the top. Significant changes will be stated plainly, not buried. The October 6, 2026 update added ad measurement through OpenAI, including recording completed bookings.
