Custom AI Agents and Internal Assistants
Archi Group designs and builds AI agents around your exact process: an assistant that knows your documents, a quoting agent that drafts estimates your way, a research agent that watches your market, or the thing only your business needs. If the work is repetitive and you can describe the rules, we can usually build an agent for it.
The best AI tool for your business does not exist yet
Off-the-shelf AI tools are built for the average business, and no business is average. Your pricing logic, your documents, your suppliers, your way of doing things: that is where the real hours hide, and no subscription product knows any of it. A custom agent is software shaped around your operation instead of the other way around.
What we build
Agents we build most often:
- Knowledge assistants trained on your documents, policies, and history, so your team stops asking the one person who knows
- Quoting and estimating agents that draft proposals following your rules and pricing
- Research agents that monitor competitors, prices, or regulations and report what changed
- Data entry and enrichment agents that fill your systems accurately at scale
- Meeting and inbox assistants that summarize, extract action items, and draft responses
- Operations copilots that answer questions from your live business data in plain English
Proof: we build these for ourselves first
Inside our own companies we use AI agents for catalog work at scale in SkuControl, and we prototyped a customer-facing assistant for our restaurant, Oda House, before offering this work to anyone else. Over 15 years of operating businesses means we build agents for how work actually happens, not how a demo pretends it does.
What it costs
Builds run $5,000 to $25,000 depending on complexity, integrations, and how much judgment the agent needs to encode. Ongoing care starts at $500 per month. For context, agency-built AI agents commonly run $15,000 to $150,000. We sit deliberately below that band, and the free audit will tell you honestly whether your idea should be an agent at all.
How it works
- 1
Free audit. A 20 minute call where we find the three places AI can save your business the most time or money. You get a fixed quote, whether or not you hire us.
- 2
Build. Most projects go live in 2 to 6 weeks. You approve everything before it touches a customer.
- 3
Run. We monitor, fix, and improve the system every month, and you get a plain English report on what it did.
Common questions
How do I know if my idea should be an agent?
Good candidates are repetitive, rule-describable, and high volume. If a task needs deep judgment on every single case, an agent should assist a human rather than replace one, and sometimes the honest answer is that a simple workflow or an off-the-shelf tool is enough. The audit sorts this out before you spend anything.
Will it work with our data and stay private?
Yes. Agents are grounded in your data, access only what you approve, and your business information is never used to train public models. We walk through data handling in plain English before any build.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
Every agent ships with confidence rules: it acts on what it knows, flags what it does not, and routes exceptions to a person. During the first month we review its work together and tighten the rules.
Do we need technical staff to use it?
No. Agents are delivered inside tools you already use: email, chat, your browser, or your existing software. If your team can use email, they can use the agent.
Who owns the agent?
You do. The prompts, the workflows, the integrations, and the data are yours. If we ever part ways, everything keeps running and you keep the keys.
