AI for Ecommerce and Retail
Archi Group builds AI systems for ecommerce operators: catalog and inventory automation, customer support agents, order workflows, and document handling. We run lighting ecommerce ourselves, so everything we build has already survived contact with real suppliers, real customers, and real order volume.
This is our home field
WeGotLites and Lites & Decor are our stores. SkuControl is our platform, tracking 12.8 million supplier units and 3 million warehouse units and flagging every product that needs restock or action. Over 15 years in ecommerce means we have personally felt every problem on this page. See the Platform page for the full story.
Where ecommerce businesses leak time and money
The operator wears every hat: catalog data, supplier chaos, customer questions, marketing, returns. Stock status goes stale and orders get cancelled. The same ten support questions eat the day. New products wait weeks to be listed because descriptions take time nobody has. Vendor invoices pile up. None of it is hard work. All of it is constant, and it scales with your catalog whether you staff up or not.
What we build for ecommerce
The stack we run ourselves, adapted to your store:
- Ecommerce AI and catalog automation: supplier stock sync, restock and discontinued flags, and product data enrichment at scale
- AI customer support agents: order status, returns, and product questions answered instantly, 24/7
- AI workflow automation: orders, tracking, and reporting flowing between your systems without retyping
- AI document and invoice automation: vendor invoices read, matched, and entered into your books automatically
- AI lead capture: trade and B2B quote requests answered in seconds instead of tomorrow
What it costs
Catalog and operations projects start at $7,500, support agents at $4,500, and single workflows at $3,000. Full pricing is published on every service page. Every engagement starts with a free AI audit and a fixed quote, no hourly billing.
How it works
- 1
Free audit. A 20 minute call where we find the three places AI can save your business the most time or money. You get a fixed quote, whether or not you hire us.
- 2
Build. Most projects go live in 2 to 6 weeks. You approve everything before it touches a customer.
- 3
Run. We monitor, fix, and improve the system every month, and you get a plain English report on what it did.
Common questions
We already use Shopify apps for some of this. Why build custom?
When an app genuinely fits, we say so in the audit and you save money. Custom pays off when supplier data is messy, when systems need to talk to each other, or when the app almost fits and your team spends hours covering the gap.
How big does a store need to be for this to make sense?
Value scales with SKU count and order volume. Past a few thousand SKUs, or once a person spends real hours on manual data or support, payback is typically fast. Smaller stores usually start with a support agent or a single workflow.
Do you work with marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay?
Yes. Multi-channel is normal for us; our own stores sell across channels, and keeping them in step is exactly what SkuControl does.
Will AI-written product content sound like our brand?
It is drafted in your voice from your data, and you approve everything before it publishes. The point is removing the blank page, not removing you.
What results should we expect first?
Fewer cancellations from bad stock data, faster customer answers, and staff hours back. We set a baseline during the audit and report against it monthly.
